Our house sold in one day for full asking price. I'm thinking it must have been my art hanging on the walls that clinched the deal. LOL

Thanks for all your comments. I think that art hanging on the walls, even with no furniture, gives a decorated look to some degree. Maybe I should check out renting my art out for homes on the market. Today I'm in the studio - yea!!!
