Yea! I'm done working on the house and it is now officially on the market for $174,900. 2240 finished square feet. It took two months to get all the new stuff put in and painting every square inch. I decorated with some of my paintings and it looks really cute. Now I can get back to painting canvas.

The house looks great - your hard work really shows. And what a showcase for your art! I especially like the green leaves on black background in the living area - that's one of my favorites from your website, but obviously I am way over my art acquisition budget for the year! One of these days...
