Polka Dot Heart

I was reading an article about a show of Damian Hirst's work, which includes all his spot paintings, at Gagosian Gallery in New York.

You may be familiar with this very controversial British artist, much of whose work is about death.  His most famous piece is a human skull encrusted with over 8000 diamonds.

His dot paintings are on a much lighter note, and I think that's what inspired me to do a polka dot heart.  If I lived in NYC, I would go see this exhibit.
