Beautiful... I love the colours and texture
I had to close my mouth after it dropped open upon viewing this jewel. Thanks for sharing your color palette. I can only dream of painting so rich and yummy right now.
My favorite side of the color wheel, Carol. As much as abstracts aren't my thing, there is something so heavenly (literally) that comes through your abstracts, much as though I sense a Godly presence in them. This is another that brings that same feeling to me. The strength and power...not sure how to say what it evokes within. This is beautiful!
This is just glorious, the colour pallet is so rich. It's funny, I find myself thinking the same thing when I play with the greens and blues, they are a treat to the eye that's for sure. Beautiful work and composition.
Really like these paintings. Great combination of color, texture and all. Admire the way you do abstract as wells as more realistic work. Enjoyed reading your hopes for 2011. Made me think and laugh. Happy 2011!
Wow, Carol, this is really beautiful!! I think it is one of my favorites f yours.
SUCH a powerful piece, Carol! Truly, I feel like I am in the ocean when I look at this. Do more in these colors!
