Living the Dream

I feel so lucky to be living the dream of an art career. Teaching workshops is especially rewarding.

I just got back from teaching an advanced group in Tucson for the Contemporary Artists of Southern Arizona (CASA). The class loved what I was sharing with them, and, unbeknownst to me, they circulated this card that they each contributed to, and that everyone signed with wonderful heartfelt messages.

The card is a collage of materials and techniques they were learning about. I don't know how they did it without me noticing something was going on! I've had lots of groups do special things for me - flowers, dinners, etc., but this was the most outstanding. I will treasure this beautiful card.
