Houston demo 1 - mixed media contemporary abstract © Carol Nelson Fine Art

Houston demo 1

This painting is impossible to photograph because it has a coating of epoxy resin, and there is a shiny silver band going across the middle.  I like it because of the neutral colors with a splash of red - it goes in my newly remodeled bathroom.
My Houston artists are doing their best to keep up with all the info and techniques I've been loading on them every day.  They are working hard on their masterpieces, and some times you can hear a pin drop because everyone is deep in concentration on their work.

Oh this is stellar! Completely different pallet and what a great look, would love to see that resined piece in person. Excellent! Wouldn't I love to soak up all that knowledge and instruction, luck students!
Wish you'd write a book for those of us who live far afield :-)

Just love this Carol! Perfect for the bathroom because in the pic it looks like it has water flowing over the front! HA! I know that's not it in real life, but it has a cool effect on the computer screen! I'm sure your Houston folks are eating up all the new information! Looking forward to see the results!

Carol, I love your work and am
sick that I didn't know about your Houston workshop! What lucky
artists they are!
