It took me several days to complete this piece because of all the layers of texture and color. There wasn't even the usual "ugly duckling" stage with this painting. It just kept getting better and better as I added more layers of color. I'm very happy with the final result.

I never was much into abstract Carol, that is, until I saw yours. Every piece you do is wonderful.

A camera can never seem to convey all the nuances that a finished piece offers. This one is shimmering with vitality, love it!
It is so true. Pictures sometimes do not capture all of the true beauty but your painting is beautiful anyway.
