Today is the start of friend and fellow artist Kimberly Conrad's quest to improve her life. She will be 47 on Nov. 15 and has vowed to (1) lose 47 lbs by her birthday, and (2) paint 47 paintings that will sell for $47 each, with $4.70 of each sale going to support breast cancer research.
Kimberly has invited all who enjoy a challenge to join her in her effort to knock off some pounds and organize their life.
I told Kimberly, I would try to lose 4.7 pounds by then. Actually, if I'm successful at losing that much, I may be inspired to go on to even greater losses.
